This coworking space has been designed to create stronger, more effective, and sustainable connections with people, projects, and the environment. Located on the second floor of Diagonal 532, in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, it stands out for being designed exclusively for companies that value a high-end, high-quality, and representative flexible office model in the heart of Barcelona. With 1,300 m2 plus a 240 m2 private terrace, it does not feature quick-desk workstations (flexible and fixed) or coworking spaces, reserved solely for private offices, providing high efficiency. Plus, even greater customization and improved team performance. By accessing only these organizations, these organizations will be able to use all the space's services exclusively: open-air offices with natural light, 117 workstations, meeting rooms, organizational space events, video calling kiosks, dining areas, parking, etc. The idea for this space was conceived by architects and interior designers Elaine Rabelius and Monica Turner, considering that Diagonal Street is the connecting thread between noble buildings, gardens, and cultural history. All of this is reflected not only in the materials used, but also in the vegetation on the balcony, the inspiration for the meeting rooms, and all the details surrounding the space. Technology and sustainability were among the pillars of the renovation and design of this building, which received Breeam Good, Very Good, and Breeam Excellent certifications. The redesign and concept of this space align with the group's sustainability goals, such as reducing its environmental impact, promoting employee happiness, and fostering healthier relationships with the environment.
