Cornellà de Llobregat is a municipality in the province of Barcelona, ​​very close to the capital. Just 12.5 km separate the center of Cornellà from Barcelona, ​​a distance that takes 20 minutes by car, making it a perfect area of ​​Barcelona to rent an office.

The city of Cornellà de Llobregat has always been influenced by the city of Barcelona due to its proximity, but during the 1960s the municipality was one of the industrial areas of the Province of Barcelona, ​​​​which increased its population, attracting workers from different parts of Spain.

Currently Cornellà de Llobregat is one of the 10 municipalities with the most inhabitants in the Province of Barcelona, with more than 87,000 residents. Furthermore, it is one of the municipalities that has undergone the most changes in recent years due to a process of socio-economic renewal.

The city council's plan has focused on making this municipality grow and integrate it into the socio-economic life of Barcelona. That is why many of the industrialization zones have been remodeled and new and modern business parks have been created with the aim of housing numerous companies in Cornellà and ensuring that the city's inhabitants do not have to travel to Barcelona. So much so that many large companies have decided to locate their main headquarters in this municipality.

Also in this process of growth and remodeling of the municipality, an attempt has been made to eliminate the existing differences between the different neighborhoods of Cornellà, with the aim of improving the quality of life in the municipality as a whole. New urban areas have been created for housing and all related needs such as schools, green areas, medical centers, sports centers, etc.

This renewal has brought with it major socioeconomic changes and changes in the main sectors of the companies located in the municipality. Large logistics companies have moved to this area to carry out their business activities.
