Lérida, 44
The building was originally built in 1962. Located between party walls, it is L-shaped and is mostly used as offices, with the exception of half of the ground floor, the basement, and a courtyard on the first floor, which houses an electrical power transformer substation. The GLA is approximately 5,183 m², divided into a basement, ground floor, and five floors above ground. The office GLA is 4,039 m². There are two stairwells (main and emergency), as well as two elevator blocks located on the west side of the building. The internal layout of the office space varies from flat to round, with some being more open-plan and others with more offices on the sides. The interior of the building was completely renovated in January 2016, both in terms of facilities and the redistribution of the interior office space, so the entire office area is new. The first floor houses an employee dining room and a changing room area. Access is via the smaller facade, aligned with Lérida Street, and there is an interior courtyard with separate access to the substation.
